Hope Arises Tours, the founders of TOURISM THAT CARES have been awarded the responsibility of hosting the day off missions/ project visits for the GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER 2010 delegates which takes place in May 2010.

We have been involved with responsible tourism for 13 years, and are passionate about empowering the poor of our nation in close co-operation with the local churches and church driven non profit organisations. Cape Town is part of the rainbow nation, with a myriad of fascinating languages and cultures, and amazing opportunities for you as the delegate to participate in various half and full day mission visits to amazing projects throughout this city of over 3 million people.

The ethos behind the day missions will be to serve, rather than to stare, to engage, rather than to be a spectator.

We invite you to join the local churches and projects in this wonderful opportunity to engage with the beautiful cultures of this rainbow nation.

1) OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

Listed under the DAY MISSIONS GDOP link are a selection of half and full day missions to choose from.

2) BOOK NOW ONLINE:
Once you have had a look at the various options, then follow this link to complete your REGISTRATION FORM

3) THE early April 2010 DEADLINE:

Due to the limited capacity of transport and logistical networks available in Cape Town, we require full prepayment via credit card no later than early April  in order for us to secure the necessary transport. As we have noticed the event may be slightly smaller than anticipated, so we are quite open to this deadline shifting out into April,  but do not want to leave everything to the last few weeks.
